If your boat’s finish is dull, chalky, or faded, our Marine Oxidation Removal service restores color, gloss, and clarity to both exterior gel coat and interior fiberglass surfaces. This service is often required before ceramic coating when oxidation is present.

Exterior Oxidation Removal

1. Rub Rail Down (Bottom Half Only)

Hull sides from the rub rail to the waterline

• Light Oxidation (Polish Only) – $30/ft

• Moderate Oxidation (Cut & Polish) – $75/ft

• Heavy Oxidation (Cut, Polish & Wet Sand) – $120/ft

2. Top Side Only

Includes all surfaces above the rub rail (cap, console, T-top base, etc.)

• Light Oxidation (Polish Only) – $30/ft

• Moderate Oxidation (Cut & Polish) – $75/ft

• Heavy Oxidation (Cut, Polish & Wet Sand) – $120/ft

3. Full Boat (Top & Bottom)

Complete exterior restoration package

• Light Oxidation – $60/ft

• Moderate Oxidation – $150/ft

Interior Oxidation Removal

Starting at $30 per foot
Targets all interior fiberglass and non-skid surfaces, including:

• Decks & non-skid flooring

• Gunnels

• Compartments & storage areas

• Hatch lids

• Inner fiberglass walls & panels

Oxidation Levels:

• Light (Polish Only) – $30/ft

• Moderate (Cut & Polish) – $40/ft

• Heavy (Cut, Polish & Wet Sand) – $50/ft

If booking a ceramic coating package, polishing is not automatically included. Oxidation removal may be required first to ensure proper bonding and appearance.
