The Detail Reserve is hiring an experienced window tint installer to help grow our tint division across Southwest Florida.
This is a mobile position, servicing customers from Naples to Venice/Englewood, with consistent opportunities as our tint business continues to expand.
We are building a premium automotive appearance brand focused on detailing, ceramic coatings, and window tint, and we’re looking for the right installer to grow with us.
🚐 Position Overview
This role is mobile-based, meaning you will be traveling to customer locations to perform professional window tint installations.
We handle:
- Marketing
- Customer acquisition
- Scheduling
- Film and supplies
You focus on:

📍 Service Area
You must be willing to travel within:
- Naples
- Fort Myers
- Cape Coral
- Punta Gorda
- Port Charlotte
- North Port
- Venice / Englewood
💰 Pay Structure
This is a commission-based position with growth opportunity.
- 20% commission (trial period)
- 25% commission (standard installer)
- 30% commission (experienced installer)
- Up to 35% commission based on volume, consistency, and performance
Higher commission levels are unlocked through:
- Consistent job volume
- Low redo rate
- Professional performance

All installers begin with a short trial period to ensure quality and fit.
You must demonstrate:
- Clean installs
- Ability to complete full vehicles
- Professional work habits
- Low error/redo rate
🔧 Requirements
- Experience in automotive window tint installation
- Ability to tint full vehicles, windshields, and brows
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within service area
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude with customers
Experience must be provable (photos/videos of past work required).
